1. Recommended system requirements

1.1. These are the system and software requirements recommended for optimal viewing of courses. While you may be able to view courses or webinars on systems or devices with lower specifications, the user experience may not be to the level intended and we cannot be held responsible for any sub optimal performance.

1.2. You will need an active internet connection and the computer or device should be connected to the internet to access and view the course, forum and webinars. The internet speed and bandwidth available to you may have an effect on the course viewing experience.

1.3. Hardware recommendations:

Processor: 1.0 gigahertz (GHz) processor or higher (32-bit or 64-bit)

Memory: 512 MB minimum

Display: 1,024 x 768 screen resolution (1,280 x 800 or higher recommended)

Multimedia: Sound card and speakers. Webcam and microphone may be necessary for webinars.

1.4. Software recommendations: Operating system: You should be able to view the website and course content on all Operating systems that support the browsers mentioned below.

1.5. Browser requirements (Abridged from source - acknowledged):

Flash: Flash Player 10 or later, and one of the following browsers:

Windows: Internet Explorer 6 and later, Firefox 1.x and later, Safari 3 and later, Google Chrome, Opera 9.5 and later

Mac: Safari 3 and later, Firefox 1.x and later, Google Chrome

Linux: Firefox 1.x and later

HTML5: Google Chrome 14 or later on Windows or Mac Safari 5.1 or later on Windows or Mac Mobile Safari in Apple iOS 5.0 or later on iPad

Apple iOS: Apple iOS 5.0 or later on iPad

1.6. We do not currently support viewing courses on the Articulate Mobile Player due to restrictions in current player functionality that do not allow optimal display of our courses, for example, the resources button for downloads is not supported in the mobile player. We will make a version available when the player functionality allows our courses to be displayed as intended. You can still view course content through supported browsers on mobile devices.

1.7. Please note that some recent versions of popular browsers do not allow HTML 5 content to be viewed. These are not restrictions placed by us but are properties specified by the browser over which we have no control. Some browsers allow Flash controls to be enabled and this is a requirement for viewing our courses. Please use a compatible browser and check if you are able to view our course demo in your browser of choice before purchasing a course.
